Financing

• We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks.
• Care Credit and Citi Health Card are also accepted.
• We are providers for most major insurance companies, including Utah Medicaid.
•  Our office recommends getting a Pre-Authorization for any planned dental treatment that needs to be completed.  Our insurance specialist will be happy to help facilitate this process.  
• We are happy to bill your insurance company for you, but please be aware that we are not responsible for non-payment of claims.  It is the patients responsibility to make sure our office is paid for the services rendered.
